Reservations for the Cruise

Airfare to Puerto Rico and transfers from airport to cruise ship are not included in the cruise rate.  Transfers may be booked with airfare. Our travel agent Linda will be working on a group rate for the airfare to San Juan and that information will be posted to the site as soon as it becomes available.

Please be sure to book with the group name 'Tropical Sail Away' to receive the discounted rates. Forward all payments to Linda DeMark at Galaxsea Cruises using the contact information listed below.

Payment Arrangements

1st deposit $65 per person - Due August 15th, 2009
2nd deposit $65 per person - Due September 15th, 2009
3rd deposit $65 per person - Due October 15th, 2009
4th deposit $65 per person - Due November 15th, 2009

Final payment required no later than June 12, 2010

Note: You may continue to make monthly payments or make a lump sum payment at any time before or on the final payment date of June 12, 2010.

Two twin beds (can convert into queen-size), sitting area , vanity area, and a private bathroom.

3rd & 4th persons - $494.83 per person
(Triple & Quad Cabins go fast, so make sure you book early)

Balcony and Deluxe/Suite staterooms are available for an additional cost of $300 to $900 added to the price listed above. If you are interested in this room type, please consult with Linda for pricing and reservations.

Large OceanviewStateroom

Two twin beds (can convert into queen-size), sitting area with sofa, vanity area and a private bathroom.  (170 sq. ft.)

$804.83  per person
(includes port charges and taxes)

Please note: Ocean View Staterooms on deck 2 have a porthole instead of a window.
